Just sharing sth i've cooked recently... =)
1. Mapo tofu!! a simple dish which you can just buy the sauce anywhere and add in mince pork, tofu and some red chili to garnish. EASY~! hehe
2. Kimchi jigae김치찌개. Kimchi, kimchi juice, some meat, green onion, shittake mushrrom, garlic, onion, gochugaru(red papper flakes) and also green chili to garnish. I love this dish especially during winter. Also, it has some health benefits, most important one => prevent cold!
Ate it with my kim (seaweed) as my banchan ;D

3........? Em...i dont really know the actual name for it..but it's just sth sweet as my dessert =D
apple + cloud ear fungus (mu er) + dried dates + ice sugar! simmer it as long as you want ..maybe 2-3 hours or even more. Mu er was always considered as cheap version of bird nest. it has coagulation property. Good for girls.
I kept some in the fridge as i couldnt finish it. It can serve both hot or cold, depends on you! =)
